Food & Beverage Service Expert

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be responsible for a wide range of front‑of‑house tasks, from setting tables to serving meals, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and dining areas for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests between the dining floor and the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer dietary inquiries.
• Move, lift, and transport items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
