Finance and Administration Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance and Administration Manager to lead our financial and administrative functions at AgroPy Ltd. based in Kigali. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports to senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial information and efficient office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting entries, general ledger management and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate financial reporting in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Manage budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, cost control and provide analytical insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Supervise administrative functions such as procurement, office management, payroll coordination and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, external auditors and key stakeholders to maintain strong internal controls and efficient processes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance with experience overseeing financial operations and supporting business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax requirements and internal‑control best practices.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing or a similar sector is a plus.
