Event Service Expert

About the role

The Guest Event Expert creates memorable experiences for guests by managing all aspects of an event from start to finish. This full‑time position involves setting up, breaking down, transporting supplies, taking orders and interacting with guests to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down event materials and equipment.
• Transport supplies and ensure timely delivery to event locations.
• Take guest orders, interact with attendees and provide attentive service throughout the event.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
