Enumerator for Youth Business Incubator Tracer Study

About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Enumerator to support the tracer study of the Youth Business Incubator (YBI) programme in Rwanda. The study will assess the outcomes and longer‑term impact of the 2024 and 2025 cohorts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct field interviews with YBI participants to gather information on business development, employment creation and economic well‑being.
- Collect, record and verify data in line with IOM’s quality standards.
- Assist in preparing summary reports that highlight the application of skills acquired through the programme.
- Coordinate with programme staff to ensure timely completion of data collection activities.
Required profile
- Experience in data collection or field research, preferably in Rwanda.
- Familiarity with youth entrepreneurship or migration‑related programmes.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites.
