Entrepreneurial Leaders Action Lab Associate

About the role

The Entrepreneurial Leaders Action Lab (E‑Lab) Associate will support the delivery of ALU’s innovative, non‑credit, in‑person learning experience. Working closely with the Center for Entrepreneurship, the associate will facilitate classes, mentor student teams, and help evolve the program to enhance student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate E‑Lab classes and hold weekly office hours to provide insight, advice, and support for student projects.
• Assist in revamping and redesigning the E‑Lab curriculum.
• Implement the E‑Lab program under the direction of the Center for Entrepreneurship team.
• Collaborate across ALU to continuously evolve E‑Lab as a core part of the student experience.
• Meet with individuals and teams to address emerging needs, including conflict resolution.
• Coordinate events and other program aspects.
• Ensure high program adoption and completion rates.
• Support work‑study students and interns with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the team manager.
