Dual Operator – Warehouse & Flight Operations

About the role

As a Dual Operator you will work at the intersection of fulfillment and flight operations, ensuring that medical, blood and animal health products are delivered safely, accurately and on time. You will receive comprehensive training through Zipline Academy to perform both warehouse tasks and drone launch and recovery procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store products while respecting quality and temperature requirements.
• Pick, pack, label and verify orders to meet safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct routine stock‑taking, inventory tracking and product receiving.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment following SOPs and daily checklists.
• Support launch and recovery of drones by preparing Zips, executing launch and recovery procedures and adhering to SOPs.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑flight safety checks, identify operational risks and log any off‑nominals through ticketing systems.

• Willingness to be cross‑trained in both warehouse and flight operations.
