Driver – Guest Transportation

About the role

The Guest Transportation Driver is responsible for safely moving guests to and from designated locations using the property’s vehicle. This role ensures a professional and welcoming experience while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to assigned destinations and document each trip before and after travel.
• Park the vehicle in the designated area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Report any maintenance needs, incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service in line with company standards.
• Communicate with team members using pagers, two‑way radios and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
