Dispatch Rider

About the role

PT Foods is seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider to join its logistics team in Kigali City, Rwanda. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the timely and safe delivery of the company’s dairy, snack and other food products to customers and distribution points.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to various locations promptly and safely.
• Handle deliveries properly to preserve product quality.
• Maintain accurate delivery records for each trip.
• Communicate efficiently with the dispatch team and customers.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle riding license with demonstrated safe riding skills.
• Familiarity with Kigali City and surrounding areas.
• Basic communication skills for interaction with the dispatch team and customers.
• Ability to keep accurate records and adhere to schedules.
• Punctuality, reliability and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of motorbike maintenance is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is a plus.
