Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level inbound and outbound interactions for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide first‑point assistance for homeowners using the booking platform, including modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints while maintaining high‑quality service.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, keeping accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on process and platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer service experience with ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Availability to work CET schedule, Monday‑Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, with mandatory weekend shift (12 PM–8 PM).
• Minimum 30 hours and maximum 40 hours per week.

• Standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
