Remote Telesales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Telesales Agent to join the Customer Experience Services (CES) team of MFT Fulfillment Centre, a logistics and fulfillment provider serving businesses across Africa. The position is fully remote and focuses on contacting assigned leads, presenting the company’s services and converting prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily and generate at least 30 new leads.
• Contact assigned leads, present products and convert interested customers.
• Handle objections, close sales professionally and maintain a high confirmation rate.
• Follow up consistently with customers and work toward an 85% delivery success rate.
• Update CRM and spreadsheets accurately after each call.
• Take ownership of leads until a clear outcome is reached.
• Follow the approved sales process, submit daily reports and promptly escalate any customer or order issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, telemarketing, customer service or inside sales is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner with solid objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with daily targets and KPIs.
• Reliable internet connection and power backup.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Responsible, consistent and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Basic computer literacy.
