Operations Customer Expert – Bilingual (French & English)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a bilingual Operations Customer Expert who will deliver friendly, empathetic, and professional support to customers in both French and English. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues quickly, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Acknowledge and resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback to improve service processes.
• Manage database entries and draft status reports on service issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• C1 level English with excellent grammar.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work flexible day or night shifts.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
