Content Creator for Streetwear Brand

About the role

Stride To Conquer (STRIDE) is seeking a full-time Content Creator to produce and manage digital assets that showcase its streetwear collections and brand story. Based on-site in Kigali, you will work closely with design and marketing teams to bring bold, authentic visuals to life across social media, the website and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and brand initiatives.
• Capture high-quality photo and video material during on-site shoots, events and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit footage and images for social platforms using basic editing tools.
• Write engaging captions and short-form copy that reflect STRIDE’s voice.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and operations teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
• Interact with the community through comments, messages and live streams.
• Monitor performance metrics, report insights and recommend content improvements.
• Support brand awareness growth by creating shareable, trend-focused content.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create digital content, including photography and videography.
• Strong written communication for short-form copy and storytelling.
• Familiarity with streetwear culture and youth trends.
• Basic graphic-design experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills, with capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kigali and participate in brand events.
