Commission-Based Direct Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated individuals to join its network of Direct Sales Agents in Rwanda. As an independent contractor you will promote a range of digital services to businesses and consumers, working on your own schedule and earning commission on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals – who could benefit from digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, streaming and other services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match client needs with the appropriate service offering and generate orders and invoices through the system.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, request withdrawals and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently as a contractor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using web‑based platforms and basic digital tools to manage client registrations and orders.
