Business Consultant – Public Procurement (Remote)

About the role

Keystone Procurement is seeking a Business Consultant to join its remote team and support public‑sector clients in Rwanda. You will help organisations navigate complex procurement rules, develop winning strategies, and deliver high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide public procurement advisory and strategy support to clients in the public and not‑for‑profit sectors.
• Research market trends, regulations, and best practices to inform procurement strategies.
• Prepare and review tender documents, procurement plans, and related reports.
• Assist with technology projects, trade advisory, and product development initiatives.
• Support the delivery of training services and contribute to knowledge‑sharing resources.

Required profile

• Experience in public procurement advisory, tender preparation, or related legal/commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law or a related field.
