About the role
The Compliance Training & Communication Support Specialist will assist Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited in strengthening its group‑wide compliance programme. Working closely with the Compliance Department, the role combines data reporting, training delivery and network coordination across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process and format the Group’s compliance indicators to enable consolidation and analysis.
- Update compliance dashboards and reporting materials used for decision‑making.
- Verify the consistency, accuracy and quality of data submitted by Group entities.
- Assist in designing, developing and refreshing training materials covering all components of the compliance programme.
- Deliver bilingual (French and English) training sessions to employees, managers and Compliance Delegates.
- Support local Compliance Delegates in implementing awareness initiatives and monitor training campaign participation.
- Maintain regular follow‑up with Delegates in countries without a dedicated regional representative, providing onboarding and ongoing guidance.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables and compliance reports produced by local entities.
- Contribute to the preparation of compliance communications and event materials such as African Anti‑Corruption Day.
- Help update, translate and simplify the Group’s compliance policies, procedures and reference documentation.
- Prepare executive summaries in collaboration with the Compliance Management team.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of professional experience in compliance, internal control, audit or risk management.
- Degree in Law, Compliance, Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent drafting, writing and analytical summarisation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a disciplined work approach.
- Fluency in both French and English.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
