Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance to customers in both French and English through chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders, resolve issues, and address general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
