Associate Dean of Operations

About the role

The Associate Dean of Operations will lead the operational management of ALUSB’s eMBA and postgraduate programmes, as well as special initiatives such as donor‑funded fellowships and customised executive programmes. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures programmes are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards and provide an exceptional learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of eMBA, postgraduate and special programmes, ensuring alignment with product design and quality assurance guidelines.
• Manage programme budgets, scheduling, staffing and delivery plans, driving financial sustainability and learner satisfaction.
• Lead planning, execution and evaluation of campus events including graduations, conferences and partner engagements.
• Develop and implement process improvements, KPIs and operational strategies to enhance scalability and quality across programmes and events.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) with at least 10 years of experience in educational operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes, budgets and vendor relationships at scale.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring faculty and staff and collaborating across functional teams.
