Aircraft Technician B1 – Kigali

About the role

Sabena Engineering is seeking a qualified Aircraft Technician B1 to join its team in Kigali. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of civil aircraft, including Boeing and Airbus types, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled line and base maintenance tasks on Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
• Execute unscheduled checks and repairs when problems arise.
• Interpret engineering diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver high‑quality service to clients.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Required profile

• Valid Part‑66 B1 licence with an Airbus A330 type rating.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft line or base maintenance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends for urgent tasks.
