About the role

The Admission and Enrollment Officer will support the College of Engineering at CMU‑Africa by ensuring a rigorous, transparent admissions process. You will evaluate academic credentials from a diverse range of institutions, verify document authenticity, and help prospective students navigate enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of transcripts, diplomas and other academic documents.
• Verify authenticity of credentials using specialized verification software.
• Determine degree equivalency and institutional accreditation.
• Identify potential fraud and maintain strict confidentiality of applicant data.
• Process applications, respond to inquiries, and provide data‑driven insights for enrollment strategy.
• Contribute to the improvement of admissions communications and workflow documentation.
