About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join an international company that delivers a broad portfolio of services across multiple markets. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, nurture partner relationships, and support the launch of new products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse trends and data to improve local operations and make efficient decisions.
• Lead partner development initiatives to foster growth and strong collaborations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with partners, overseeing support for sustained growth and new opportunities.
• Support new service, product, and launch activities, leading special projects that enhance operational metrics.
• Implement projects aimed at improving key operational performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a focus on process optimisation.
• Proven capability to develop large‑scale operations and drive excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partner networking skills.
• Self‑starter with high motivation and a passion for learning.
• Fluent in both Kinyarwanda and English.
