Logistics Intern

About the role

The internship provides practical exposure to end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities, focusing on data analysis, transport planning, warehousing and emergency preparedness within the logistics function.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and clean data from operational records, spreadsheets and partner inputs, identifying gaps and correcting inconsistencies.
• Track consignments from dispatch to receipt, monitoring transport status, delivery timelines and exceptions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analyses, visual summaries and dashboards on volumes, lead times and service performance.
• Assist with transport planning and load allocation, organizing vehicle capacity, routes and delivery schedules.
• Support warehouse and inventory activities, including receipt documentation, physical counts and variance investigations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in supply chain, logistics, engineering, data science, economics or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organise and analyse quantitative information using spreadsheets or comparable tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English and ability to work respectfully in a diverse team.
