MEP Maintenance Technician (m/f)

About the role
The MEP Maintenance Technician is responsible for organizing, monitoring and supervising on‑site maintenance activities. Working closely with the Maintenance Management team, you will coordinate human and material resources to ensure that all planned tasks are completed on time, to quality standards and with optimal resource use.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily maintenance work on site, following the defined work plan.
- Coordinate the allocation of personnel, tools and materials required for each task.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Monitor progress, report deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and resources used.
Required profile
- 12th grade education or vocational technical course in Building Electrotechnics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
