About the role
Agakoni Mini Golf is expanding its community programmes and seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead educational and recreational initiatives. Based in Kigali, you will work closely with schools, families, and partner organisations to deliver engaging mini‑golf experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise daily activity sessions for children and families.
- Coordinate collaborations with schools and family‑oriented spaces, starting September 2026.
- Conduct field missions, including prospecting trips to Rubavu and other locations.
- Support the development of young golf activity animators from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, mentors and community stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
- Comfortable working with schools, families and community groups.
- Good knowledge of Kigali and its surrounding areas.
- Available primarily during daytime activities.
- Willingness to travel for occasional field missions.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
