Post Graduate Admissions Manager

About the role

The Postgraduate Admissions Manager leads recruitment and admissions for ALU’s postgraduate portfolio, primarily the Executive MBA programme. Reporting to the VP of Enrolment, the role blends strategic market outreach with hands‑on management of the full admissions cycle for working professionals and senior executives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for the EMBA and future postgraduate programmes across domestic and international markets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process, from enquiry through interview, selection and offer.
• Lead, coach and develop a Postgraduate Admissions Associate, setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Own tuition revenue targets, monitor enrollment against financial forecasts and intervene to protect and grow income.
• Build and nurture corporate partnerships to create sponsored or cohort‑based EMBA enrolment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in postgraduate or executive education admissions, recruitment or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and conversion analysis.
• Strong data‑analysis capability to inform recruitment decisions and track performance metrics.
