Field Operations Officer

About the role

The Field Operations Officer serves as the bridge between StackForgeAI’s products and the institutions that use them. You will lead onboarding efforts, support users in schools and universities, and channel real‑world feedback to the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new institutions and individual users onto StackForgeAI solutions.
• Conduct field visits to schools, universities, and partner organisations.
• Collect and document user feedback and technical issues for the engineering team.
• Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs both on‑site and remotely.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure institutions become fully operational.
• Coordinate support requests and escalations with internal teams.
• Represent StackForgeAI professionally with partners and clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Kigali and across Rwanda.
• Organised, reliable and proactive.
• Interest in technology, education or institutional operations.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.
• No formal experience required; attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
