Vendor Pre‑Qualifier / Appointment Setter

About the role

The Vendor Pre‑Qualifier / Appointment Setter will support the company’s Business‑to‑Government initiatives by identifying, vetting, and pre‑qualifying vendors for government and corporate projects. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendors meet compliance and eligibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential vendors for high‑revenue government and corporate opportunities.
• Pre‑qualify vendors based on compliance, capabilities, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, legal, and vendor‑management teams to verify eligibility.
• Communicate with vendors via phone and email to gather required documentation.
• Monitor and report on the vendor pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Leverage vendor pools for new and recurring opportunities across government and corporate sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, public administration, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in vendor pre‑qualification, government contracting, procurement, or compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canada government procurement processes, RFPs, and registration requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendor pipelines.
