职位概况

负责星星充电在非洲目标国家（如摩洛哥、南非、尼日利亚、卢旺达）的业务落地，从零搭建本地团队，推动充电桩、微电网、储能及光伏项目规模化实施。

主要职责

制定并执行当地市场的中短期业务战略，达成销售与营收目标。
开拓核心客户与渠道，建立与当地EPC、政府部门及金融机构的合作关系。
提供技术与商务方案，确保项目顺利并网、交付及后期运维。
代表公司参与行业协会、展会，提升品牌影响力并进行竞争对手监控。
组建并管理本土化团队，打造中方与当地人才融合的高效团队。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，电气工程、电力系统或能源经济等相关专业优先。
5年以上新能源（储能、光伏、微电网）项目开发经验，有中资企业驻外经历者优先。
熟悉非洲目标国家的投资环境、劳工法、税务政策及电力行业准入规则。
精通英语或法语，可作为工作语言进行技术与商务谈判。
具备强抗压能力、商业敏锐度及跨文化沟通能力，接受长期驻非洲工作。
