Sales Representative – Route to Consumer Strategy

About the role
We are looking for two experienced Sales Representatives who are customer‑centric and able to execute Route to Consumer strategies. Reporting to the Region Business Manager, you will drive sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing markets, targeting promotions and growth opportunities.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through regular contact and effective omni‑channel execution.
- Manage outlet portfolios, ensuring quality, availability, visibility, price compliance and promotional activities.
- Negotiate advertising and sales contracts, coordinate marketing events and evaluate promotion impact.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports via the SEM system covering master data, outlet activation and standards compliance.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with strong negotiation and execution skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Willingness to demonstrate organizational behaviours: Connect, Shape, Develop and Deliver.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM standards and processes.
- Proficiency in using SEM reporting systems.
