About the role
The Planning Manager will oversee monitoring, planning and controlling construction work, ensuring economic efficiency and timely delivery while aligning with technical and legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control project work in economic and time terms to meet established objectives.
- Collaborate in preparing work plans that comply with technical, legal and organizational guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of planning experience on large‑scale construction projects.
- Direct experience with high‑rise, mixed‑use developments.
- Relevant project experience in Africa is preferred.
- Fluent English (mandatory) and availability for mobility.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Experience with other planning/scheduling software.
