About the role
Vivo Energy Rwanda has launched its Young Talent Program to attract and develop the next generation of leaders. It is open to fresh graduates (or those within 1 year of graduation) and covers several departments such as Finance, Retail, Commercial, Supply & Distribution, IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Legal, Health Safety Security & Quality, and Marketing & Communication.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year post-graduation
- Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Logistics
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the energy sector and sustainable growth
