Wellness Cluster Manager

About the role

The Wellness Cluster Manager leads the Spa and fitness operations across One&Only Rwanda’s Nyungwe House and Gorilla’s Nest resorts. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and aligning with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of the wellness portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, including occupancy, usage, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and business plan, monitoring cost control and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Resort Managers and the Marketing team to create and execute wellness marketing strategies.
• Coordinate promotional initiatives and special projects for the Spa and fitness facilities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the wellness team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Integrate spa and wellness offerings into the overall hotel marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of industry guidelines, hotel policies, and guest service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on developing motivated staff.
