Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy. You will own the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of web tracking to improve site performance, marketing effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau for stakeholder consumption.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations, troubleshoot data gaps, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide proactive recommendations to enhance digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
