SEO/SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements, and run high‑performing PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimise content for organic traffic.
• Improve meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Launch, monitor and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Analyse competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
