Senior Site Manager

About the role

The Senior Site Manager will lead the execution of construction projects in Rwanda, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on schedule and within budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate teams, resources and processes to meet quality, environmental and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all site activities, optimizing the use of human and material resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and legal requirements.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Manage the project budget, striving to achieve economic objectives and cost efficiencies.
• Support the Project Manager with reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• More than 15 years of professional experience in site management.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Ability to use MS Project for planning and scheduling.
