About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for our fast‑growing real‑estate platform in Rwanda. You will engage both local buyers and diaspora investors through virtual consultations and property tours, building lasting relationships while driving revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through Hills Properties channels.
- Conduct virtual consultations and property tours with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and diaspora investors.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience; real‑estate background is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English; French is a bonus.
- Self‑driven, able to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools.
- Proficient with social media platforms for lead generation.
- Effective remote communication skills.
