Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will act as the primary liaison between Rogers Corporation and its customers, ensuring rapid and professional responses to quality concerns while driving customer satisfaction and company benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints, coordinate fast containment actions, and lead 8D problem‑solving teams.
• Maintain a database of customer issues, conduct regular reviews, and report status to stakeholders.
• Communicate directly with customers for reporting, coordinate product replacements or returns.
• Monitor customer scorecards, prepare satisfaction reports, and support PPAP planning and submission.
• Review customer specifications, conduct internal quality reviews, and support audits and visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer and process quality management.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, DOE, and 3*5Why methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability, self‑motivation, and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive attitude with good team spirit.
