Seed Sample Receptionist & Data Entry Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Seed Sample Receptionist & Data Entry Officer to manage the registration, tracking and data integrity of incoming seed samples for our Rwanda program.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, code and allocate seed samples to required tests while maintaining detailed logs for traceability.
• Enter test results into the management system, keep tracking logs up‑to‑date and collaborate with SQSS to generate compliant documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints and updates, ensuring a professional experience and routing issues appropriately.
• Coordinate laboratory visits for clients, researchers or interns, managing schedules, safety compliance and visit logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• 6–12 months experience in front‑facing customer service, reception or administrative support.
