Science of Learning (SoL) Manager – EdTech Fellowship Program

About the role

The Science of Learning (SoL) Manager will lead the integration of learning‑science principles into an EdTech Fellowship program, providing technical advisory support to participating founders. This role shapes the curriculum, monitors outcomes, and drives data‑informed improvements across the cohort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead learning‑science integration for the Fellowship and advise EdTech founders on growth, market positioning, and investor readiness.
• Develop and refine the fellowship learning framework, training modules, and entrepreneurship curriculum.
• Run diagnostics, advisory sessions, and business model validation for eight Rwanda‑based EdTech companies.
• Design and maintain data systems, reporting dashboards, and M&E frameworks to track enrollment, completion, and employment outcomes.
• Produce progress briefs and final recommendations for future cohorts, and support platform analytics for continuous program improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning‑science, education technology, or related program management.
• Strong background in advisory or consultancy work with startups, especially in low‑bandwidth or resource‑constrained environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design curricula, mentorship structures, and evaluation frameworks.
