SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Support & Deployment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Support & Deployment Manager to lead the rollout and ongoing support of our SAP‑ESKER solutions across the Africa Global Logistics group. Based in Kigali, you will head the local support team and report to the program director in France.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the deployment strategy for SAP, ESKER and NEOFI solutions.
• Coordinate multi‑country, multi‑entity roll‑out projects, overseeing framing, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Organise Level 1 support and escalation to Level 2, monitor interfaces and drive corrective action plans.
• Establish and track SLA/OLA metrics, reporting performance to program management.
• Lead governance activities, identify optimisation opportunities and document processes.
• Recruit, mentor and train internal and external team members, transitioning legacy support to SAP/ESKER/NEOFI competencies.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA FI/CO projects and managing large‑scale deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead support teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong project management and risk‑management skills.
