Salesperson – B2B Software Solutions

About the role

The Salesperson will drive new business for Pryro’s AI‑integrated software suite, targeting companies that need modern Accounting, POS, ERP, HRM, PMAIL and CRM solutions. Working from our Kigali office, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective B2B clients across Rwanda and the region.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailor presentations to non‑technical audiences.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and customer‑success teams to guarantee successful onboarding.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance.
• Collect market feedback and represent Pryro at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales and negotiation experience in B2B or technology markets.
• Ability to explain complex software solutions in clear, business‑focused language.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages and the Kigali business landscape is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead tracking, pipeline management and sales reporting.
