Sales Representative – Kigali, Rwanda

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our growing operation in Kigali, Rwanda. The role focuses on identifying new customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct sales visits and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates.
• Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support market development and customer acquisition.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Good knowledge of the Kigali/Rwanda market.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluency in English; Kinyarwanda is an advantage.
