Sales Associate

About the role

Flb Enterprise is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join its Kigali team. In this on‑site position you will interact directly with customers, provide product information, and help them make informed purchasing decisions while contributing to a positive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, answer product questions and guide purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and ensure merchandise is well‑presented.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
• Support promotional events and collaborate with the local team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic sales and retail experience, including transaction handling.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills to maintain store standards.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kigali and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort with basic computer use and willingness to learn company systems.
• High integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
