Sales Analyst

About the role

The Sales Analyst will support country‑level reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring that sales data is accurate, timely, and aligned with group standards. Acting as the primary contact for sales and continuous improvement data requests, the analyst bridges raw data and business execution for both field teams and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close data reporting gaps, maintaining a single source of truth for sales metrics.
• Validate data in Group Power BI reports and flag errors to group analysts.
• Develop, clean, and troubleshoot reporting assets across sales, customer, and location datasets.
• Update key sales metrics for senior leadership meetings, including weekly scorecards, target vs. actual performance, impact reporting, and monthly BVA reports.
• Translate user feedback and analysis requests to the Sales Analytics Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales, CI, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs.
• Train departments on Power BI visualisation tools to improve data adoption.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis requests from country teams.

Required profile

• University degree (field not specified).
