Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
