Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. In this position you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
