About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences. You will work from home, using your language skills and empathy to represent the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain a solution‑focused attitude.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
