Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system.
• Spot recurring patterns and share feedback to improve processes.
• Work closely with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience using Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
