Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

Join TalentWorldGroup as a Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative supporting a leading European travel‑tech platform. You will engage homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and collaborate closely with the Sales Team for smooth handover.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
• Internal dashboards and workflow systems.
• Windows 11+ or macOS 13+ operating systems.
• Wired USB headset (noise‑cancelling preferred).
• Wired broadband internet connection and stable Full HD screen.
