Project Site Quantity Surveyor – Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Project Site Quantity Surveyor will join the project management team to support cost management and contract administration on construction sites. Reporting to the Senior Cost Manager, the role focuses on accurate measurement of works, preparation of payment certificates and cost forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Measure executed works on site and verify quantities.
• Prepare interim payment certificates for contractors.
• Evaluate contractual claims and variations.
• Assist in cost forecasting and budgeting for ongoing projects.
• Support contract administration and documentation as assigned.
