Product Maintenance Engineer – Electronics Repair & Reliability

About the role

We are looking for two analytical and hands‑on Product Maintenance Engineers to lead post‑production support and drive product reliability. You will diagnose and repair complex electronic units while feeding critical feedback to R&D for future design improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of returned or defective electronic units.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance and repair manuals.
• Collaborate with R&D to identify root causes of field failures and implement design changes.
• Train maintenance technicians and client technical teams on servicing procedures.
• Support warranty evaluations and after‑sales technical assistance.
• Record service data and track reliability statistics to guide quality strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience in electronics repair, testing, and lifecycle support.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership for product quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and signal analyzers.
• Experience using specialized diagnostic software.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis on electronic failures.
